Comments

Media

Waarom Swipe BVBA gegevens nodig heeft:

Uw gegevens worden niet langer dan een jaar bewaard indien er geen overeenkomst met u tot stand komt. Alle data wordt opgeslagen in een cloud omgeving. Alle draagbare toestellen die uw gegevens kunnen bevatten, zijn versleuteld en kunnen vanop afstand worden gewist.

Swipe bvba verstrekt uw persoonsgegevens alléén aan derden indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van een overeenkomst met u, of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. In elk ander geval worden gegevens niet doorgegeven aan derden zonder uw voorafgaandelijke actieve goedkeuring.
In kaart brengen websitebezoek:
Op de website van Swipe bv worden algemene bezoekgegevens bijgehouden, waaronder het IP-adres van uw computer en het tijdstip van opvraging en gegevens die uw browser meestuurt. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt voor analyses van bezoek- en klikgedrag op de website.

U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering sturen naar wendy@mijnzelfbouwproject.be samen met een kopie van de voorkant van uw identiteitskaart. Swipe bv zal zo snel mogelijk en uiterlijk binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek reageren.
Beveiligen:
Swipe bv neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Gegevens die via de website van CT Interactive bvba worden uitgewisseld maken gebruik van een betrouwbaar SSL Certificaat om te borgen dat uw persoonsgegevens niet in verkeerde handen vallen.
